General sales terms

1. The payment of the invoice brings recognition and acceptance of the general sales terms.

2. All the possible complaints regarding the invoice or the delivered services must be sent by registered letter to the seat of the company within 8 days.

3. In no case, the seller cannot be held responsible for the information or councils given, except in the event of an amount or voluntary fault and in cases determined by the law.

4. The seller reserves the right to erase all the data, if those do not correspond with the truth, or would be in conflict with the legislation. In this case, there is no refund of the expenses of the paid subscription.

5. For the payment of each disagreement, the seller recognizes the exclusive competence of the Commercial Court of Ghent in Belgium.
